100 Night Furniture Online Comfort Trial
Terms & Conditions:
The Furniture Online 100-Day In Home-Trial exchange applies only to mattresses and excludes furniture, such as tallboys, wardrobes, bedding, sheets and pillow products.
You may exchange between brands, make and models.
The 100-Day In Home-Trial period commences on the day you take possession of your mattress.
If you are trialling your mattress please retain the original packaging so that our delivery team can use it when collecting your mattress.
Your mattress/bed can be exchanged for any product of equal or greater value than your original purchase:
a). If your replacement item is more expensive than your original purchase, payment of the balance will be required before the replacement mattress can be delivered.
b). If your replacement item is less expensive than your original purchase the difference will be credited to your Furniture Online Account.
All credits will be issued within approximately 15-business days after all products have been received at Furniture Online.
The 100-Day In Home-Trial is not intended or permitted for exchanges between sizes.
The 100-Day In Home-Trial cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.
No discount or promotion can be applied to the replacement mattress.
Exchanges do not apply to the ensemble base.
Delivery and freight fees are non-refundable.
An Exchange fee of $79 is required before delivery of the replacement item can take place.
All returned items must be in original/good condition and the 100-Day In Home-Trial offer is void if the product is, altered, broken, damaged, soiled or stained.
The Furniture Online 100-Day In Home-Trial offer is limited to one exchange.
If you live in rural or remote area, a collection and delivery fee will apply. That fee will be determined by the distance from your location to the nearest Furniture Online Outlet and will be quoted, for your approval, upon your exchange request.
All exchanges and cancellations are subject to Furniture Online
