Delivery

Furniture Online is committed to efficient and effective delivery of your orders. Whilst our regional delivery periods vary slightly, our best efforts are put into getting your product to you as quickly and as safely as possible.

At Furniture Online we endeavour to have all your goods delivered to your doorstep within approximately 5 – 14 working days of your payment (within Capital Cities)

Please be aware, however, that many of our extensive range of products are both imported and hand-made and as such may result in delays which are out of our control. This may affect our best intentions to deliver on time. Where we are aware of such anomalies, our service staff are there to ensure that you are kept up to date with the progress. Every attempt is made however to reduce such possible delays. If your specific product has a longer lead time, you will be notified by telephone.

Once we’re received your order, we’ll contact you to schedule a delivery day and approximate time which is convenient for you. Our appointment window is typically 4 hours during weekdays, and by appointment on Saturdays.

 

Regional Deliveries

7-21 Days Delivery

Bedsonline is able to deliver most regional orders within 7-21 working days of your payment. Delivery to regional areas may take longer. On receipt of your order, we will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. If the specific product you have ordered also has a longer lead time, you will be notified by telephone.

The appointment window is typically a 4 hour window period Monday to Friday

Evening and Weekend Deliveries

Furniture Online now offer weekday evenings and weekend deliveries for a small additional charge of $30.  Please call 1300 11 22 36 to arrange or add your preferred delivery date in the comments field when placing your order..

Can I collect my order?

Yes, you can collect your order from our showroom/warehouse located at 503 Old South Head Road, Rose Bay, Sydney at no extra charge!

What will happen on the day of delivery?

On receipt of your order, we will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. The appointment is typically a 4 hour window period Monday to Friday, or by arrangement Saturday or by special request Sunday (Sunday surcharge applies). 

If requested we can call you on the day of delivery to give you a two hour delivery window. Every effort is made to ensure that the product is delivered on time.

You will need someone at the delivery address who will be able to take charge of the item ordered, if you are out when the delivery arrives we will leave a card with a phone number for you to re-arrange delivery directly. If you are out we shall redeliver once for free unless we have booked a specific delivery day, a small redelivery charge may then be applied.

Sydney Deliveries

Delivery to inner city suburbs in Sydney is only $59, no matter how many items you buy. Most deliveries take place between 5-14 working days of placing your order.  If the specific product you have ordered has a longer lead time, you will be notified by telephone.

Newcastle, Wollongong and central coast deliveries cost $90 and are delivered within 10-14 days. You will be notified of your delivery date well in advance by our delivery team once your order is ready to be dispatched. Our delivery team will contact you by phone to arrange a delivery date and time that suits you best.

Melbourne Deliveries

Delivery to any suburb in Melbourne is only $59, no matter how many items you buy. Most orders are delivered within 5-14 working days of placing your order and Furnitureonline will notify you of the  delivery date by email within two days of placing your order. If the specific product you have ordered has a longer lead time, you will be notified by telephone. You will also receive a call the day before delivery to confirm the delivery and to arrange an appointment window.

Brisbane Deliveries

Delivery to any suburb in Brisbane is only $59, no matter how many items you buy. Most orders are delivered within 5-14 working days of placing your order. If the specific product you have ordered has a longer lead time, you will be notified by telephone. Bedsonline will also notify you of the  delivery date by email within two days of placing your order.
